Step 1: After you choose your onSiteSageAI plan, you’ll get an email with your plugin file and license key. Check your inbox to get started!

Step 2: Just like with any WordPress plugin, head over to your Dashboard, click on Plugins, and then select “Add New Plugin” to get started.

Step 3: Click the “Upload Plugin” button, then find and select the onSiteSage.zip file from your computer—it’s usually in your Downloads folder.

Step 4: Head over to your plugins dashboard and simply click “Activate” next to your onSiteSageAI plugin to get it up and running.

Step 5: In your WordPress Dashboard, find the onSiteSageAI settings in the sidebar on the left. Hover over onSiteSageAI and then click “Settings” to continue.

Step 6: Let’s configure onSiteSageAI:

A: Enter your onSiteSageAI license key
B: Key in the text you want to show your visitors from the floating onSiteSage button
C: Custom the button color
D: Enter the Modal Heading
E: Configure the send, and additional help Yes / No buttons
F: Select up to 10 of your site’s most important pages. (onSiteSageAI checks these pages first for the best answers.)
G: Click Save Changes
